The Boomer Esiason Foundation seeks cystic fibrosis related or healthcare adjacent venture philanthropy investment opportunities.
Our thesis is clear: the private sector possesses the ability and talent to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with cystic fibrosis both in the here and now, and also on the biomedical frontier.
Since the Foundation’s first venture investment in 2020, the Foundation has considered venture philanthropy investments into technology, biotechnology, and care-delivery startup companies. Our philosophy is that if we can de-risk the earliest phases of company development, we can incentivize more businesses to support a wide range of needs facing the cystic fibrosis community.
