Battle for the Bridge is a full contact football game held between alumni from West Linn and Oregon City High Schools. It celebrates the longest running rivalry west of the Mississippi, but more importantly, it is a fund raiser for the Boomer Esiason Foundation. All money raised by the game funds and supports research efforts to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Alumni from both schools are eligible to participate in the game as players, they do not need to be former players. Interested players should have attended either West Linn or Oregon City high school as a student, however you need not have graduated or attended all four years to be eligible. Those interested can sign up using the link below.
Alumni interested in participating in Battle for the Bridge, but who do not wish to play may purchase a Sideline Pass and watch the game from their schools sideline during the game.
Battle for the Bridge V will be held at West Linn High School in West Linn on August 8th 2015, kickoff will be at 7:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Admission is $10
