"Fitting Cystic Fibrosis into Your Life" prepares pre-teens for the challenges-and benefits-of taking control of their treatments. Featuring sections on breathing and eating, as well as a CF question and answer session, this program offers a comprehensive look at some of the issues most important to young teens: understanding their condition and CF management, making smart and creative choices about treatments, fitting in with friends, and handing disease-related situations with minimal embarrassment.
