The Boomer Esiason Foundation’s staff is comprised of individuals with expertise in cystic fibrosis and program development, event planning and fundraising, marketing and communications, and management. The Board of Directors includes leaders in the business community who generously give of their time and resources in support of BEF’s critical mission. The Young Professionals Committee are a group of business professionals dedicated to hosting a number of events benefitting BEF. These dedicated people may come from all walks for life, but they all agree on one thing: they’ll do whatever it takes to beat cystic fibrosis.

Sure, we have raised millions of dollars to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis. But our mission isn't all about fundraising; it's also about supporting the CF community. To that end, we have developed a variety of programs to help people with CF live, breathe and succeed ... despite the disease.

Stephen Mueller

Managing Director OneBeacon Insurance Company’s Accident Group

Stephen C. Mueller is the Managing Director of OneBeacon Insurance Company’s Accident Group, a leading provider of benefit and risk management solutions to select customer markets through innovative thought leadership and proven industry expertise.  His business focuses on manufacturing and distributing specialty insurance products and services for the transportation industry, Fortune 500 customers, middle-market customers, associations and affinity groups.  Prior to joining OneBeacon, Steve was the Global Head of Sales for Zurich Financial Services’ Global Corporate Division.  Previously, he held various senior level sales, marketing and underwriting positions with Zurich and UNUM.  Steve is a published author, having written numerous articles on identity management services, emerging trends and benefit and risk management solutions for accident insurance, transplant insurance, and travel assistance services.  Steve makes his home in Basking Ridge, N.J., with his wife, Jen, and their three children, Sarah, Chris and Julia.  In addition to his personal commitment to BEF, OneBeacon became a Foundation sponsor in 2007. Steve also is active in recruiting insurance industry associates to support the Foundation.
